How Can We Help You?

If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, our support team will be happy to assist you.

  • You can delete a document by selecting to permit, click on “details” button, click on “Update Files”, and select the documents you want to delete.  You will have the option to delete and re-upload correct documents.

  • Park Volusia permits are valid for 1 year from approval.  Permits need to be re-applied for on a yearly basis on Parkvolusia.org

  • While most permit applications are approved, there are some circumstances where we need to deny an application for various reasons including incorrect document uploaded, document uploaded is not clear, or license plate, name, or address on registration does not match what was entered in the account.  We have a team ready to help and answer any of your questions.  You can e-mail info@parkvolusia.org, visit the offices in Daytona Beach Shores or New Smyrna Beach, or by calling 386-217-0078.

  • There are some instances where the e-mail sent may be in your spam folder.  Please check there first.  If you have not received an e-mail confirmation, please e-mail info@parkvolusia.org or call 386-217-0078 and we can confirm your e-mail address entered.

  • It is recommended that if you have a handicap plate or placard that you apply for the appropriate permit.  While entry will not be denied for on-beach access, off-beach parking, and entry to the inlets, beginning January 1st 2025, several of our on-beach and off-beach locations will be automated and a valid registered license plate will be needed for entry or access.

  • To add a vehicle to your account, you must first add a permit.  Once you add a permit, you can then add or attach a vehicle to that permit.

  • To add a permit to your account, visit parkvolusia.org and from the dashboard you can choose the “Add Permit” option.

  • There is no limit to the number of permits on an account.

  • When applying for a permit, applicants can only attach 1 vehicle per permit.  If you are applying for permits for multiple vehicles, you must apply for multiple permits.  For instance, if you have 2 vehicles, you must have 2 permits, one for each vehicle.  If you attach 2 vehicles to 1 permit, you will receive an error message.

  • If you have entered the wrong plate information into the permitting site, please e-mail info@parkvolusia.org or call 386-217-0078 and someone will be able to help you update and correct your plate information.

  • If you forgot your username or password, please select the “Trouble signing in?” option next to the Login button.  You can then enter your e-mail address to recover your username or password.

  • Windshield stickers will no longer be issued.  Volusia County parking locations have moved away from stickers and will be using the vehicle’s license plate for entry and access.  Please register your vehicle at Parkvolusia.org

  • If you have purchased a permit prior to October 1, 2024 and have a windshield sticker, you can e-mail info@parkvolusia.org with your sticker number, plate number, name, and phone number and we can contact you with the expiration date of that purchased sticker permit.  If you have applied for a permit after October 1, 2024 at Parkvolusia.org, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your permit is about to expire and that it is time to renew.

  • Park Volusia permits will be valid at county operated on-beach ramps, Lighthouse Point Park, Smyrna Dunes Park, and county owned off-beach locations.  Please visit parkvolusia.org/beach-parking for a full list of locations.
